This privacy policy is the plain-language record of what hoodcleaningtodayofwindsor.ca collects, why, and what happens to it. Hood Cleaning Today of Windsor is a commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning service, not a data business: the only personal information this site touches is what a kitchen operator types into the quote form or says on the phone, and the only thing done with it is quoting and performing hood cleaning work. The policy below is written to be read, not skimmed past, because privacy commitments only matter if the customer can actually understand them. What we collect

When a quote request is submitted through this site, the form collects the name, phone number, email address, business name, and message the visitor provides. Nothing else is asked for and no payment information is ever collected through this site.

How it is used

Quote request details are used for one purpose: responding to the request and, where the visitor becomes a customer, scheduling and documenting the work. Contact information is stored in the customer relationship system used to manage quotes and jobs. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their marketing.

Phone calls

Calls to 226-401-8485 are handled directly. Notes from a call (kitchen details, hood measurements, scheduling constraints) are kept for quoting and service history.

Cookies and analytics

This site is a static website and does not run advertising trackers. Standard server logs and any analytics in place record page visits in aggregate to understand which pages are useful.

Retention and access

Quote and job records are retained as business records. To ask what information is held about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, call 226-401-8485 and the request will be handled directly.

Where the data lives

The quote form on this site posts through the site's hosting platform to the customer relationship system where quotes and jobs are managed. Both are established commercial platforms with their own security practices. Form submissions travel over an encrypted connection (this entire site is served over HTTPS), and nothing submitted through the form is published anywhere on the site.

What we do not do

Hood Cleaning Today of Windsor does not sell or rent contact lists, does not send marketing email blasts to quote requesters, and does not share visitor information with advertisers. A quote request results in exactly what it asks for: a phone call or email about hood cleaning, followed by a written quote. If the quote is declined, the record simply sits in the service history in case the kitchen calls again next year.

Photos taken during service

Before-and-after photos taken during a cleaning document the condition of the exhaust system. They are shot tight on the equipment, not on the premises generally, and they are provided to the operator with the certificate. Photos may be kept as part of the job record; they are not published with the customer's name or location without permission.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version is posted on this page with a new date at the top. The policy will never change retroactively in a way that repurposes information already collected.
